Since joining DCA last year I feel like there is a block that has shifted in me that has allowed me to become more courageous and confident in my belief system. When starting DCA I had nothing and had a lot of mental blocks that were stopping me but not now. That shift has led me to sign 7 new one-on-one coaching clients recently.

I started my business about two years ago to help new moms navigate the post-baby fitness world, because it can be confusing and also damaging to their confidence.
