Episode 7“It’s the smallest actions, completed daily, that build a successful wellness business.”

Building a wellness business comes with a bundle of emotions and unfortunately one of the emotions I hear about most often is frustration.

The frustration is a result of YOU working hard on your business and not seeing the results you are hoping for. Let’s face it, you feel like you’re doing all the right things and you still aren’t getting new clients.

It’s been my experience, after working with hundreds of wellness business owners, that the actions that are being taken by you aren’t really the steps that result in new clients. (If you already have more clients than you know what to do with, feel free to get back to serving your clients. ? )

Typically I see that there is a ton of busy work happening without any real steps being taken to attract new clients. (I’ll let you fill in the blank of what the term ‘busy work’ means for you).

Whether you’re new to building a wellness business or you’ve been at it for a while and still aren’t growing your email list and getting new clients, this week’s episode of The Wellness Business Podcast is for you.

Kathleen and I know that one of your biggest frustrations is not knowing what steps you should be focused on each day, week and month, that will result in new clients, (and isn’t that the goal of why you’re in business to begin with?).

In this week’s episode we are simplifying your action steps into an easy to follow 5-step process that we call the P.O.W.E.R. Business Model.

When you get these 5 steps dialed in and you’re streamlining your daily, weekly and monthly action steps to include only these 5 things, you will finally begin to see the needle move off of frustration and on to exhilaration in your business.

The P.O.W.E.R. Business Model is the perfect framework to filter any activity you want to take in your business. When that new shiny object comes into view and you really want to spend time on it, you’ll be able to ask yourself, “Does it fit into one of the five categories of the P.O.W.E.R. Business Model?”

If the answer is YES, then go for it.

If the answer is NO, then you know that now is not the right time and you should pass.

Time is a precious commodity so simplify your business to only those actions that matter. Once you do that, you’ll be able to rinse and repeat week after week.

Here’s to your P.O.W.E.R.- ful Business!
