Since joining DCA last year I feel like there is a block that has shifted in me that has allowed me to become more courageous and confident in my belief system. When starting DCA I had nothing and had a lot of mental blocks that were stopping me but not now. That shift has led me to sign 7 new one-on-one coaching clients recently.

My favorite part of your DCA Bonus Experience was your private Facebook group. Your smaller group helped me learn a lot from the other members and in our group, I felt more grounded because you knew each one of us and we got to know one another. You always gave quick answers to our questions and helped us focus on what we should be working on. I appreciate, that as a coach, you don’t sugar coat things. I started my business about two years ago to help new moms navigate the post-baby fitness world, because it can be confusing and also damaging to their confidence.
