When I was building my health coaching business there were several things I could have done better but the one thing that I did well, and set me up for success, was hosting monthly Wellness Workshops.

As soon as I hosted the first one, (which only 25 people registered for by the way), I was hooked! I knew that showing up once per month for an online workshop was my ticket to growing my email list AND filling my programs.

Fast forward 18 months, I grew my email list to 2,000 subscribers and generated $9,900 in sales during my first official launch.
