The industry of health, wellness & fitness is growing by leaps and bounds every day. For many, this is where their true passion lives, not only for themselves, but for helping others as well. Unfortunately, I see many health entrepreneurs struggling in their businesses because they haven’t yet created a business strategy. If this sounds familiar to you then you’re in the right place.

Are you ready to move from Struggle To Strategy?

Whether you’re a Health Coach, Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instruction or Reiki Practitioner you will need to develop a strategy for your business. If you don’t have an end goal in mind how will you ever know if you’ve been successful?

Some people call this the “Big Picture”. Have you thought about it?

I’m talking about more than saying you want to make lots of money or have lots of clients. Maybe your idea of success to this point has been to have a waiting list longer than your arm. Those types of goals are way too vague to base the future success of your business on.

Instead, I’m talking about specific measurable goals that show if you’re on the right track. Goals that have time limits and structure that let you know what you need to be doing every day to promote your business.

Today I want to discuss three very distinct ways you can move your business from the chaos of struggling to the splendor of strategy.

Strategy #1 – Growing Your List: I’m sure you’ve heard the saying, “The money is in the list.” Those six little words have more punch than the famous boxer, Mohammad Ali. Without a list you truly don’t have a business.

The reason an email list is so valuable is simple… it’s the current group of names and email addresses of the people that are interested in your products, services and what you have to say. The bigger the list, the more people that want to know what you’re up to and what you have to offer. More people wanting your information equates to more sales when you launch a new product or service.

Strategy #2 – Income Goals: This one is a doozy, I know. So many entrepreneurs don’t want to set an income goal. I suspect it’s because they don’t want to feel like a failure if they don’t reach that level. But here’s the kicker… you can’t just say you want to make “lot’s of money” either because you’ll never, ever reach that goal. What is lots of money? It’s different for every person on the planet so it isn’t a measurable goal.

Instead you should be setting reasonable monthly income goals that are attainable yet stretch your comfort level. Only you know what that is for you and your business. Somehow though, I’ll bet you know what that number is if you really think about it.

Strategy #3 – Products & Services: Are you someone that has lots of ideas of what you could offer your clients but you don’t ever get to the development phase? Are you someone that spends all of their time developing products & services but never, ever markets them? Both of these scenarios deposits zero dollars in your bank account.

New products and services are a must so you will stay current as well as have something new to offer your current clients on a regular basis. Remember that email list you’re building? Those are the people that are waiting for your new products. Just because they didn’t purchase last time doesn’t mean they won’t purchase this time. Tell them what you have to offer.

Create a new product development calendar so you know what you’re doing and when. Maybe you do four new products a year or maybe you only do two… it doesn’t matter as long as you are keeping your content fresh and evolving along with your industry.

My intention is to help you to stop struggling and to create a strategy in your business that produces the amount of profits your dreaming about.
