MONA MANDOUR

Since joining DCA last year I feel like there is a block that has shifted in me that has allowed me to become more courageous and confident in my belief system. When starting DCA I had nothing and had a lot of mental blocks that were stopping me but not now. That shift has led me to sign 7 new one-on-one coaching clients recently.

My favorite part of your DCA Bonus Experience was your private Facebook group. Your smaller group helped me learn a lot from the other members and in our group, I felt more grounded because you knew each one of us and we got to know one another. You always gave quick answers to our questions and helped us focus on what we should be working on. I appreciate, that as a coach, you don’t sugar coat things. I think it’s really valuable to have that access to you since you personally get involved with all of our questions and give quick answers.

DCA has given me the training and framework I need to create a brand-new program from scratch. I have decided to move forward on offering my program in a group format the way Amy teaches. DCA has expanded my view on how to repackage all of my content and expertise into new programs in the future.

Since going through DCA last year I have applied Amy’s principles to a few different courses. I created a workshop course and a spotlight course called Feed the Family Formula. Now I’m going back to the beginning of the program and starting with validation calls for a brand-new program I plan to launch this October. I had been wanting to create a course of my own so Amy’s Digital Course Academy came along at the perfect time for me. Since enrolling in DCA I created my program and ran it as a beta and quickly filled it to capacity with 20 clients. I started my business about two years ago to help new moms navigate the post-baby fitness world, because it can be confusing and also damaging to their confidence.

Prior to this, I had a personal training business, but it was a struggle to be constantly looking for (and keeping) clients. You never really knew if you were going to make an income, and with two young kids, I needed to make money but still have flexibility.

I started my career in the music industry over 20 years ago, went to music college, and started my own record label. I was struggling financially, so I got my master’s degree in new media marketing and started taking on marketing projects, just to pay the bills.

I’m a registered dietician (and accidental blogger) and never intended to become an influencer, but my work attracted over 83k followers on Instagram and it just kept growing.
