Do you feel the change in the air, (so to speak)?

We went from the crazy hustle and bustle of the holidays to getting back to work building our businesses.

I don’t know about you but I’m ready to get back to my regular routine.

I did have a pretty cool “business building” moment when we attended church on Christmas Eve and I’m excited to share it with you because I know it will increase your weekly email opt-ins.

I know, who thinks they will experience a business building lesson while at church on Christmas Eve… but I did.

So here’s the deal.

Once we made it to our seats I was checking out the service program pamphlet and was super geeked to find this waiting for me inside the pamphlet.

Church service

On the bottom left corner of the inside corner there was this section that had a very clear “call-to-action” for the reader.

Three options to get involved with the church.

Each clearly defined and easily understood.

If you had any interest in learning more about the church, there was certainly an option that would fit your needs.

Yes, if you look at the image above you’ll see that there is nothing left up to interpretation.

It clearly states: “What Is Your Next Step?”

Another example of this is when I recently went to a business conference and there were representatives that were camped out in the lobby the entire weekend with one objective in mind… to get each of us to book a “Your Best Next Move” appointment, (and yes we needed to give them our email address).

Growing an email list takes time and should be something that you strive for every day in your business.

The easiest way to make it happen is to make sure that you have a clear call-to-action each and every time you post anything, anywhere on the web.

Meaning that you tell the reader exactly what to do next.

You have to literally make it so simple a 5 year old could follow the instructions.

If you haven’t had success in growing your email list in the past it could be because your call-to-action isn’t strong enough or may not exist at all.

Take time this week to post your free offer on your favorite social media platforms.

Be sure to include a super strong call-to-action.

My guess is that you will begin to see your email list grow a little bit each day.

And that, my friend, is one big step to building a highly profitable and engaged email list.

Be sure to leave me a comment below and let me know what call to action you’ll use this week to get more traction in building your email list?
