When is the last time that you felt like, as a purchaser, you considered your customer journey a WOW experience?
Sadly, it doesn’t happen as often as we would all like so when it does it really makes an impression.
If we called one of your recent clients, would they say they had a WOW experience working with you? Meaning that you made them feel extra special and you went the extra mile to make their purchase with you an amazing experience.
Why am I asking you this question?
Because it’s one of the best ways to get referrals and enroll more clients into your coaching program, (a free, and very effective marketing strategy).
In Pat Flynn’s book, Superfans – “The Easy Way to Stand Out, Grow Your Tribe and Build a Successful Business,” he says:
“If you want to business and a brand that can’t be foiled, you need to cultivate aficionados who will sing your praises, have your back when things get tough, and buy everything you create.”
I couldn’t agree more, and on this week’s episode of The Wellness Business Podcast, we’re sharing our take on the concept of a WOW experience, including specific examples, so you’ll know how to put this into place in your business.
You’ll discover:
- Real-life examples of some of the WOW experiences we’ve had in the past year, so you use them as inspiration to improve your customer’s journey with you
- How you can create a WOW experience for your clients, (with little to no cost), just by paying attention to these couple of details
- Examples of what we did for our health coaching clients to make them feel special and appreciated that has resulted in them recommending us to their peers
- Ideas of what you can do for your clients to go above and beyond to delight and surprise them when they work with you
It doesn’t take a big gesture to stand out, and go the extra mile, but it makes you memorable, and it’s one of the things that prompts people to rave about you. Tune in to learn how!
