The other day I was watching a movie and I found myself yelling at the woman on the screen… “Don’t go in there! That’s where the bad guy is!”
Do you ever find yourself doing that? (Please tell me I’m not the only one, LOL!)
It was easy for me to know what was going to happen next because I knew everything that was at play.
Unfortunately for the girl on the screen, that could only see from her perspective, things didn’t go so great. (Spoiler alert: She did get rescued by the good guys so that was a relief.)
The truth is many of us have a hard time seeing the big picture when we are the person in the middle of whatever is going on with our business.
When it comes to building your wellness business it can often be difficult to see the big picture and define what really needs your attention when you are in the day-to-day grind.
I would say that Health Coaches are some of the most thoughtful, compassionate, loving people on the planet. After all, one of their main goals is to help others, which often comes with self-sacrifice and putting themselves last.
